Privacy

What this site collects, why, and how to have it removed.

This notice describes what the website actually does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the company details below should be confirmed by Basket Bullet before it is relied upon.

Who is responsible

Basket Bullet, 3000 El Camino Real, Palo Alto, CA 94306, United States. For any question about your data, or to have it deleted, write to info@basketbullet.com.

What is collected

Contact form: your first name, last name, email address and message. Used only to answer you.

Newsletter: your email address and the language you were reading. Used only to tell you when the product launches.

Technical: your IP address is recorded briefly when you submit a form, to limit abuse, and is not used for anything else.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or anti-bot services from third parties. Fonts are served from this domain. Nothing on these pages loads from another company.

The video

The home page shows a still image until you press play. Only then is the player loaded from YouTube, which sets its own cookies at that point. If you never press play, nothing is requested from YouTube.

How long it is kept

Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Newsletter addresses are kept until you ask to be removed.

Who else sees it

Nobody. Data is not sold, shared or passed to advertising networks. It is stored on our hosting at OVH in the European Union.

Your rights

You can ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Write to info@basketbullet.com. If you are in the EU and are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
